Microwave on high for 4 1/2 minutes. (Heating may vary according to microwave wattage.) 4. Let stand covered for 1 minute. 5. Remove film and serve. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Do not reuse tray. Keep froze until ready to use. Use caution as product and packaging will be hot.
