Cook time 10 minutes: Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water, stirring frequently. Instructions: In a large skillet, cook olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, capers, red pepper, and oregano with salt to taste 15 minutes. Add olives and cook for 5 minutes. Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted, boiling water for 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until the pasta absorbs the sauce, then serve.
