We tried recipe after recipe and finally, four years later, came up with an absolutely delicious meatless veggie burger made with organic vegetables. It's satisfying to eat, firm enough to grill, delicious and contains no dairy, eggs or soy. The unique savory flavor of Amy's California Veggie Burger comes from a blend of organic vegetables, walnuts and mushrooms, organic bulgur wheat and oats. Barbecue: Barbecue: Oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Bake: Conventional or toaster oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 4.5 minutes. Flip. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave: Microwave oven: Remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minute. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Stovetop: Heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Directions: Ovens may vary. Cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully pre baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them to dry.
