Easy Prep Skillet Cook: Appliance temperatures may vary. Please consider the performance of your appliance when following these directions: Heat cooking oil in a non stick 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Remove lid after first turn and continue cooking for remaining time. Cook to a light golden color. Do not stir. Season to taste. Tips for frying with oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. When spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter or spill oil onto hot burner of range.
