Store in freezer. Preparation: Place shrimp in colander under cold running water for 5 to 10 minutes or until thawed. Drain well. If using a marinade (optional) place shrimp in a large bowl and toss with your favorite marinade until completely covered. Lightly oil grill and set to medium heat. Place shrimp tail up with spread meat side down exposed to heat. Continue grilling for approximately 7 to 10 minutes turning several times during cooking. Shrimp are fully cooked when meat is firm and opaque in color. Serve either hot off the grill or chilled.
