Preparation & Usage of Spring Roll Wrapper: 1. Defrost Spring Roll Wrappers one hour before use. 2. Prepare filling for Spring Roll, Ingredients: 1.5 oz carrot, 3 oz beansprout, 1 tsp salt, 4 oz cabbage, 1.5 oz celery, dash of black pepper. Shred all vegetables and mix together. 3. Open the bag and cover spring roll wrappers with a clean damp cloth to prevent drying. 4. Peel off one wrapper at a time for preparation. Method of wrapping a spring roll is shown in diagram 1, 2, 3 & 4. 5. Deep fry in 3 inches of oil at 350 degrees F for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. 1. Prepare filling and place in wrapper. 2. Roll wrapper around filling tightly. 3. Fold the opposite corners towards the center and wet upper corner. 4. Fold down the upper corner and close up wrapper.
