Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2-3/4 cups cooked rice or 4 (2/3 cup) servings. If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer. When rice cooker shuts off, let rice stand 10 minutes.
