Directions

Keep frozen.

For dosa:

Oven / toaster oven (For crispy Dosa):

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Remove Dosa from the plastic wrap and place the frozen Dosa on a non-stick baking sheet. Heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

3. Flip the Dosa carefully and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the desired crispness is achieved.

Griddle/Tawa:

1. Preheat griddle or 'tawa' to medium heat.

2. Apply vegetable oil to griddle to prevent Dosa from sticking.

3. Remove Dosa from the plastic wrap.

4. Place Dosa on griddle and heat for approximately 5 minutes.

5. Flip Dosa carefully and heat for another 5 minutes until golden brown. For chutney: Microwave Oven (1100 Watts).

1. Place the Chutney pouch in microwave and heat on high setting for 10 to 15 seconds.

2. Carefully remove contents from pouch, stir and serve with Dosa. Note: Heating times may vary depending on oven wattage and may need adjusting.
