A re-sealable canister of organic rolled oats. Rolled Oats are whole oat groats that been steamed and rolled to a flat flake. While they can be used for a nice, thick oatmeal, they are more often used in baking. Nature's Path old fashioned rolled oats are great for organic baking like oatmeal cookies, apple crisp, muffins or homemade granola bars. We believe it’s important to eat well, and that’s why our oat canisters are filled with only organic and non-GMO whole grain oats.
Whole grain rolled oats*.
Make on Stove top:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Stir oats in slowly.
3. Simmer 3-5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.
Note: For creamier oatmeal, combine water, salt and oats; bring to a boil; cook as directed.
Make in Microwave (one serving):
1. Combine water, salt and oats in a medium sized microwaveable bowl.
2. Microwave on high 2-4 minutes; stir before serving.
Caution: Bowl may be hot. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cook times may vary
