Step 1: Peel Crest 3D Whitestrips from backing liner.
Step 2: Flip Whitestrip. Apply two small dots of serum and spread across the adhesive side. Apply the lower strip first. Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip on front teeth. Align straight edge of strip with gumline. Press gently with finger pads for 2-3 seconds onto front side of teeth. Fold over teeth. Press gently with finger pads for 2-3 seconds onto backside of teeth.
Step 3: Wear strip for 30 minutes, remove and discard.
Step 4: Reveal your bright, beautiful smile.
