Cauliflower: Cauliflower, Coating [water, Panko Bread Crumb (rice Flour, Pea Protein, Dextrose, Sodium Bicarbonate), Non Gmo Canola Oil, Yellow Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Starch, Sea Salt, Sunflower Oil, Spices, Yeast Extract, Ancho Pepper Powder, Xanthan Gum]. Sauce: Water, Sunflower Oil, Corn Starch, Distilled Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch. Less Than 2%: Salt, Cane Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Faba Bean Protein Powder, Spices, Sunflower Lecithin, Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum.
Cooking Instructions: Oven / Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 425 F (220 degrees C). Arrange frozen cauliflower into a single layer on a baking sheet. Parchment paper preferred. Bake 23-25 minutes to desired crispness, flipping halfway. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). While baking, remove sauce pack and place in a warm bowl of water. Once golden brown, remove from oven and place in a bowl, pour the ranch sauce over the cauliflower and mix until evenly coated. Oven Cooking Tip: Broil on high for 2 min. at end for extra crispiness. Cooking Instructions: Air Fryer: Cook temp: 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Cook time: 12 - 15 minutes. No need to preheat. No need to flip during cooking. Cook from frozen. Do not eat without cooking. Do not microwave. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion Due to oven variances cooking times may require adjustments.
