Conventional Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 24 min. Turn halfway. Convection Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 20 min. Turn halfway. Toaster Oven: 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 27 min. Turn halfway. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed.
