Barley And Malt Extract, Modified Milk Ingredients, Cocoa Powder, Glucose Syrup, Modified Palm Oil (medium-chain Triglycerides), Salt, Magnesium Carbonate, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C), Iron Orthophosphate, Niacinamide (niacin), Vitamin A Acetate, Maltodextrin, Thiamine Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Artificial Flavour.
Directions
Ready To Eat: Serve Hot: Put 2 tablespoons of Ovaltine mix in a mug. Add 200mL of hot milk and stir. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
Serve Cold: Put 2 tablespoons of Ovaltine mix in a glass. Add 200mL of cold milk and stir. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
Replace lid firmly and store in a cool dry place.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
