Cooking Directions: Sauteed: 1. Saute garlic or onion. 2. Add shredded meat with carrots, cabbage and other ingredients. 3. Add 500 ml of water or soup stock for every piece of bihon. 4. Season to taste. 5. Heat until boiling and add the bihon. 6. Simmer for two minutes, reverse bihon, simmer for another two minutes, loosen bihon, serve. Soup: 1. Add bihon to boiling soup or seasoned stock. 2. Simmer for three minutes or until tender.
