Ingredients: Tilapia Fillets, Canola Oil, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Flour (rice, Wheat, Soy), Water, Natural Flavour (chili, Cilantro, Garlic, Lemon, Lime, Onion), Modified Corn Starch, Seasonings (citric Acid, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Lemon Peel), Sugar, Salt, Paprika, Caramel.
Pan Saute: Medium Low Heat 16 min Preheat non-stick fry pan without oil. Turn halfway. Oven: 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) 16 min Turn halfway. For added crispiness broil on high for 1-2 min. Barbecue: Medium Heat 12 min Lid closed, on double layer of foil. Turn halfway. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed. Caution: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain.
