Composition: NetiRinse Pre-Measured Soothing Salt Formula Packets Contain Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Chloride. No Preservatives or Iodine.
Directions
Dosage: Use the contents of 1 salt packet in 240 ml of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled at room temperature at least twice daily (morning and evening) for regular cleansing, and 4 to 6 times a day when cold symptoms are present. To relieve nasal and sinus congestion caused by allergies or sinusitis, use up to 2 salt packets to obtain a more concentrated solution, and repeat 2 to 3 times daily. Pour the contents of 1 to 2 packet(s) into the NetiRinse bottle and fill to the water line with 240 ml of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled at room temperature. Fasten the nozzle to the bottle collar. Gently shake the bottle to mix the solution. Follow the directions in the enclosed package insert. Store between 15 and 30 degrees C.
