Instructions: When used as directed, this warmer provides up to 8 hours of effective heat in shoes and boots. To reduce the risk of serious burns, read all instructions and warnings carefully before use. See HotHands.com. Open outer package just prior to use. Peel away paper backing from warmer and attach warmer directly to Bottom of sock. After use, dispose with regular garbage. Ingredients will not harm environment. Please Note: Check expiration date as expired warmers are less effective. Warmer heats up to a maximum temperature of 115 degrees F (46 degrees C) in 15-30 minutes. Warmer should not be kneaded or shaken. Do not open, puncture or tear warmer. Thick socks provide best results.
Storage: Store in a cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat and low humidity. Average Temperature: 97 degrees F (36 degrees C).

For external use only. Do not allow contents to get in eyes or mouth. If in eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water. If in mouth, contact poison control center as it contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
