1/2 inch x 3/32 inch. Includes: One bike chain and master link. For bikes with 5-8 rear cogs. Includes easy-install master link. To attach the ends together. Count your cogs to pick your chain. Look for the quicklink 350 or 450 chain tool from bell. Chain tool required. www.thebellgarage.com. For warranty details go to www.thebellgarage.com. Made in Taiwan.

Directions

Installation: 1. Remove the old chain. Note: If your old chain is not a no tools required design, you must use a chain tool. 2. Compare the length of your old chain to the new one, they should be the same number of links. Note: Your new chain has 112 links and will fit the vast majority of derailleur bikes on the market. However, if your new chain is too short, do not use it. Too short of a chain may result in serious injury to you and/or damage to your bicycle. Consult a trained bicycle mechanic for advice. If your bicycle has a rear derailleur and your chain is too long, it is possible to shorten your new chain by removing links from the end with a chain tool. Consult a trained bicycle mechanic for advice. 3. Install your new chain by threading it through the derailleurs and over the front sprocket and rear gear cogs. 4. Wrap the chain around so that the free master-link rivet can be passed through the open chain link. 5. Place the master-link top plate over the top of the free rivet. 6. Gently bend the master-link while applying pressure to the tip plate until you hear a click. The chain is then correctly assembled. 7. Check the entire chain to ensure no stiff or sticking links. Note: Lubricate chain with a bicycle chain lubricant once a month or when bicycle has been exposed to wet conditions.

Warnings

An improperly installed chain can lead to accidents or injuries. Test ride new chain carefully before normal use. Check connections after brief test ride. For bicycle use only.
