Directions
Cooking Instructions: Bring two cups of water to a boil, add contents of package, return to a boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Or, to conserve fuel on the trail, boil for 1 minute, turn off heat, cover and let stand for 9 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream, crumbled Cotija cheese and a sprinkling of chopped onions.
