Directions
PREP TIME: 15 minutes. COOK TIME: 10 minutes YOU WILL NEED: (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free) 1 cup wate,r 2 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce, 1 pkg. Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided, 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips, 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as snow peas, sliced mushrooms, shredded carrots and thinly sliced onion. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. MIX water, gluten-free soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until blended. Set aside. 2. HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet. 3. STIR sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Boil 1 minute or until sauce is thickened. Serve with cooked rice, if desired. Makes 4 servings.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
