Cooking Instructions: Bring water (5 quarts per pound of pasta) to a boil. Add a pinch of salt (preferably large grain sea salt) and wait for water to return to a rolling boiling. Add the pasta and stir gently. Cook the pasta for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, do not rinse.
