In the Skillet (Recommended Method): 1. Lightly spray both sides of patties with cooking oil. 2. Place burger in a non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. 3. Flip burger and cook for 3 minutes. 4 .Product will be hot. Carefully remove from skillet. 5. Cool briefly before serving. In the Microwave*: 1. Place frozen patty on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 1 min. 30 sec.-1 min. 45 sec. 3. Microwaving more than 1 patty at one time is not recommended. On the Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Use a food thermometer to be sure patties reach a minimum temperature of 165F. *Cooking instructions developed using 1100-watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
