Pollock, Water, Canola Oil, Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Flour (Wheat, Corn), Modified Corn Starch, Corn Starch, Seasonings (Spices, Yeast Extract, Garlic, Onion), Salt, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate (Leavening Acid), Soy Protein, Baking Powder, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate (to Retain Moisture), Modified Milk Ingredients, Turmeric.

Directions

Conventional Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 25 min. Turn halfway. Convection Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 25 min. Turn halfway. Toaster Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 26 min. Turn after 14 min. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed.
